Haryana CM Meets Womenpreneurs for Budget 2026 Consultation

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini organized a pre-budget meeting on ‘Haryana Vision 2047′, where women entrepreneurs of PHDCCI were invited to make suggestions on Budget 2026.
The consultation aimed at garnering inputs from all stakeholders that could help formulate an inclusive and sustainable, and future-ready economic road map of women entrepreneurs in the state.
The delegation represented by the PHDCCI Women Entrepreneurs, COWE Haryana, and IamSMEof India, along with women entrepreneurs from different sectors, took part in the discussion. The delegation emphasized important issues, hopes, and suggestions.
They pointed out that women entrepreneurs are also working towards graduating beyond the startup phase to establish and develop more significant enterprises that would result in the growth of industries and job creation, making women pivotal players in Haryana's economy.
Important Issues & Policy Recommendations were priority Sectors for Women Entrepreneurs, statewide Micro Business Program, and Centre of Excellence in Emerging Technologies
Focus on creating awareness through statewide campaigns for women’s education and participation in the workforce, especially in smaller cities. Establish centers with shared infrastructure to facilitate women entrepreneurs to develop technology and scale the production process.
Relationship between SHG and Markets, End-to-End Business Support, market Access and Export Assistance
Focus on the implementation of the 3 percent public procurement mandate for women entrepreneurs by the departments of the states.
A proposal to develop incubation centers offering shared manufacturing facilities, mentoring, support for branding, and market access.
The women entrepreneurs expressed gratitude to the Government of Haryana for the chance to attend this consultation and showed their intent to collaborate with the state for the furtherance of the goals of Haryana Vision 2047.
