Grihshobha Inspire Awards 2026: Celebrating Women Leaders

- Grihshobha magazine organized the Grihshobha Inspire Awards 2026 event at NCPA in Mumbai on the 26th of February 2026
- The event honored women leaders, entrepreneurs, and social reformers
The city of Mumbai has an annual awards ceremony recognising contributions women have made within their communities in India as well as around the world that is run by Grihshobha magazine's Grih Shobhaa Inspire awards program.
Recipients include Michelle Obama who will inspire recipients by virtue of their own courageous action and those who inspire many through their accomplishments.
There will also be a selection of people along with their companies that will be recognised for their contributions and for their impact on the world through inspirational creativity and a positive impact through the power of thought.
Over 8.5 million subscribers currently read Grihshobha magazine, which is published in eight different languages. Awards are given to women who have shown exceptional courage, innovation and effective leadership in addition to their achievements and aspirations.
Paresh Nath Editor-In Chief and Publisher of Delhi Press was the keynote speaker opening the ceremony by discussing how powerful storytellers provide the foundation upon which positive impacts can occur through storytelling and therefore should be acknowledged for having made a significant impact based on their work.
This event also had a panel discussion titled "Leadership, Agency, and Change," which was hosted by Priyadarshini Narendra and included jury members Sathya Saran, Dilshad Master and Richa Shah as panelists.
A panel comprising of distinguished industry professionals, such as journalist Sathya Saran, entrepreneur Dilshad Master, and actor Padmapriya were the judges for these awards.
A total of 10 outstanding women were honored under various award categories - Entertainment Icon, Business Leadership, Social Impact, Digital Content Creation, etc.
Some notable award winners included Supriya Pathak, Neena Gupta, Priya Nair, Dr. Rani Bang, and others.
In addition to the above mentioned events, there was also stand-up comedy performed by Deepika Mhatre, as well as a musical tribute performed by Wild Wild Women - the first all-female hip-hop group in India, which also emphasized the importance of gender equality and women’s empowerment through its music.
