- GlobalGyan’s Leadership Facilitation Lab helps women return to coaching roles after a career break, focusing on leadership and mentorship.
- The program offers learning, practice, and coaching to boost leadership skills and career opportunities.
On March 3rd, GlobalGyan Leadership Academy launched the Leadership Facilitation Lab in Mumbai, an eight-week intensive program designed to help women managers transition back into facilitator and coaching roles after a career break. Open to professionals with over five years of managerial experience and a gap of three or more years, the program focuses on facilitation techniques, leadership development, and mentorship skills—at no cost.
The initiative arises from the increasing need to help experienced women professionals re-enter the workforce with confidence and relevance. Many women struggle to regain leadership momentum after a career break, often facing skill gaps, confidence barriers, and shifting workplace dynamics. The Leadership Facilitation Lab directly addresses these challenges through a structured, experiential learning approach, helping participants refine their leadership presence and unlock new career opportunities.
Srinivasa Addepalli, Director & CEO of GlobalGyan Leadership Academy, stated, “Building the next generation of leaders and managers requires thousands of coaches who can leverage their experience to provide practical guidance. We want to encourage women with professional experience to re-enter the corporate world as facilitators and coaches. This program is designed to provide subject matter experts with the right skills to become leadership facilitators—ensuring that their expertise and experience continue to create impact.”
The program, both structured and flexible, includes interactive facilitation techniques, leadership communication, strategic thinking, and mentoring frameworks. Participants will take part in live practice sessions, expert-led discussions, and personalized coaching, equipping them with the tools to develop as effective facilitators.
