GCC Workplace Awards: Celebrating the Future of Work in India's GCC Ecosystem

The GCC Workplace Awards, a Bengaluru -based Zyoin Group initiative, marked a milestone in the celebration of excellence and innovation in the Quick Global Capability Center ecosystem (GCC). Held in Bengaluru on July 11, with over 300 GCCs participating and over 700 nominations, the awards recognized 50 exceptional centers, including organizations supported by Fortune 500, for their transforming impact on global innovation and the landscape of India talent.

"Our goal is not only to recognize excellence, but to promote connection and inspiration throughout the ecosystem when we enter the age of GCC 5.0," said Anuj Agrawal, founder and CEO of Zyoin Group & Workplace Awards. "This platform helps organizations share best practices, learn from each other, and shape the future of work in India."

One of the main highlights was the inauguration of the GCC Workplace manual, co-creating the Future, with six strategic partners, including Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), CBRE, BDO, NHRD, Adrenalin and IIM Bangalore. This plan is designed to help GCCs climb in a sustainable way, balancing innovation, compliance, people's experience and real estate strategy.

Instigating panels covered emerging themes in leadership resilience and talent transformation to the role of states in the food of the GCC economy. In a powerful session entitled Strategic Leadership for Resilient GCCs”, leaders such as Deepak Visweswaraiah from Pegasystems and Puneet Talwar from Transunion, discussed how global integration and innovation are redefining the GCC mandates.

Another important session, "India's GCCs at an inflection point: from talent factories to innovation powers," he saw HR leaders, including Rency Mathew, from Saber Travel Technologies highlighting change. "Today's GCCs are no longer about surrender - they are built on purpose, culture and progress," she noted, underlining how talent strategies are deeply aligning with business transformation.

The event also featured an attractive chat with Sirisha Voruganti, head of the country of Lloyds Technology Center India, who shared information about sand and governance needed to build the future ready for the future.

Sessions on the acquisition of AI -driven talent, led by experts such as Mino Thomas (Adobe) and Induja Rajendran (Coursera) explored how automation and human touch are remodeling hiring in the GCCs. A panel on “building workplaces that reflect culture and values” included leaders such as Reenu Rai (CBRE) and Prachi Guron (Sanofi Hubs), emphasizing the intersection of people's experience and organizational experiences.

The Excellence Awards leadership honored women leaders, country bosses, and innovation champions who are boosting transformational changes in their GCCs.

With round tables on topics such as the well-being of the workforce, GCC 5.0, and overcome the war of talent by strategic roles, the event not only recognized excellence, but also started a deep and focused dialogue in the future.
