Fiserv Inc. a global leader in delivering advanced payments and financial services technology solutions announced that it has been named “Most Inclusive Organization for Women in Tech 2025” in the “Less than 7,750 Employees” category at the WITfluence 2025 conference.

This achievement marks Fiserv’s fourth consecutive year receiving this award recognition. The company has been recognized for promoting a friendly work culture for women in tech and engineering roles.

WITfluence 2025, organized by an Indian social impact organization, Wequity, recognizes excellence in leadership and achievements in gender equity in the technology industry.

"This award is recognition of the emphasis that our company places on enabling women in technology through programs of development, up-skilling, as well as networking in the community," said Sachin Kulkarni, President of Global Services of Fiserv.

Through various initiatives Fiserv has worked to create an equal opportunity and inclusive Technology Ecosystem. Some of these are "Forward for Her" (FFH), "Leading Women," and "Rise Up," and they support women who are returning to the workforce as well as developing future female leaders through training opportunities.

To also provide support for women in under-resourced neighborhoods, Fiserv provides support to build community and foster the development of relationships through mentoring and engaging in activities offered by the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) Employee Resource Group, and provides assistance to underserved women in their efforts to succeed through their outreach initiatives.

By working together, Fiserv has developed a collective strategy that supports the growth, development, and success of a diverse workforce.
