FICCI FLO Mumbai Chapter organizes 'LeadHers - ChangemakeHers -TrailblazeHers'

The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Mumbai chapter held its flagship event, "LeadHers - ChangemakeHers - TrailblazeHers," at Trident, Nariman Point, promoting women's leadership, innovation, and inclusion, impacting women's lives and contributing to India's socio-economic growth. The event, led by Ms. Pooja Arambhan Tiwari, the youngest Chairperson in over two decades, aimed to empower women and foster socio-economic progress, bringing together dignitaries, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Key highlights of the event were:
- Youth and rural upskilling initiatives in collaboration with the Kalpana Saroj Foundation
- Empowering women entrepreneurs and MSMEs
- Promoting digital and financial literacy
- Advancing preventive healthcare, particularly addressing diabetes, in partnership with the iiV Department Foundation and the Wockhardt Foundation.
Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Smt. Raksha Nikhil Khadse delivered a keynote address on the transformative power of sports for rural women's empowerment and entrepreneurship, alongside other dignitaries like Anant Goenka, Devita Saraf, Dr. Shyyam Singhania, and others.
FICCI FLO, a women's wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, has 21 chapters and over 15,000 members, promoting women-led growth and leadership.
