Global technology and engineering company Emerson has appointed Zenab Abbas as Marketing Director for Middle East & Africa (MEA). Abbas shared the update in a LinkedIn post and is excited to embark on a new chapter with the company.

"Excited to share that I've recently joined Emerson as Marketing Director for the Middle East & Africa. This one feels personal", she said in her LinkedIn post.

She will be added to the team to manage the marketing and brand strategy activities in the region, with a focus on business development. Before joining Emerson, Abbas had over a decade of B2B marketing, strategic communications and regional brand management experience.

Zenab has 12 years of senior experience in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific leading B2B Marketing, in complex and technology-driven markets, including critical infrastructure, cloud and AI.
