Education is crucial for empowering women, as highlighted by Prof A Ravinder Nath, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Kashmir (CUK). Education promotes gender equity, equality, leadership, and professional development, and is a powerful tool for social and economic empowerment. CUK is actively designing inclusive programs to break down barriers and create equal opportunities for women.

CUK's education plays a crucial role in fostering a more inclusive and empowered society. Prof Ravinder Nath emphasizes the importance of valuing and empowering women, who are thriving in administrative roles despite facing challenges. BOPEE Chairperson Dr. Minu Mahajan emphasized the divine empowerment of women, emphasizing their unique strengths and resilience. She highlighted the role of women as nurturers, leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Dr. Kaiser Jamil, Head of Mahaveer Institute and Emeritus Scientist, emphasized the importance of investing in education for women to create a more equitable, prosperous, and progressive society.

Prof. Sandhya Tiwari, Chairperson of ICC and IWC, highlighted the university's commemoration celebrations, mentioning the participation of female students from all departments. She emphasized that challenges faced by women in various fields will not stop them from pursuing their goals. Prof. Ravinder Nath stated, "By educating women, we not only uplift individuals but also strengthen communities and the nation at large. Education is a powerful tool for social and economic empowerment and in India, where societal norms have historically restricted women's opportunities, education serves as a beacon of hope and progress."
