DriveX Appoints Jyotsna Chaudhary as HR Head

DriveX Mobility, a TVS Motor Company-backed platform specializing in certified pre-owned two-wheelers and mobility solutions, has appointed Jyotsna Chaudhary as its new Head of Human Resources. The appointment comes as the company continues to expand its digital and retail presence across India's growing used two-wheeler market.

Prior to joining DriveX Mobility, Jyotsna served Continental Automotive Components for over seven years, with various strategic HR leadership roles. Throughout her career she has worked closely with various business areas such as engineering, project management, sales, finance, purchasing and quality. She was focused on talent development, organization effectiveness, and workforce planning, and developing HR strategies in line with business goals.

She also spearheaded implementation of Continental leadership development program in India, and was closely involved with research and development (R&D), program management and corporate teams in various HR business partnering positions. She has a wide range of experience across organizational design, succession planning, compensation strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement and HR transformation.

With such diverse experience, Jyotsna is well-suited to support the company's drive to build and deepen its people strategy as it expands its digital and retail footprint throughout the country, Jyotsna said.
