On Saturday, 20th September 2025, the city of Ahmedabad witnessed a special moment when Dimpy Tolani Kulchandani, the founder of She Splash – a leading Indian women's community – and co-founder of Parvesh Utsav Foundation, was awarded by Ahmedabad Deputy Collector Maitridevi Sisodia at the iRise Weekender Series hosted by Upshot Brand Media.

The award is to recognize Dimpy's unique, continuous work as an influencer, a flourishing entrepreneur, and a social change activist, to empower women of India. The event also represented the ever-growing influence of Indian women entrepreneurs across the nation.

Dimpy was honored by Maitridevi for her leadership in connecting and building a community of women where collaboration and mentorship are alive. In her acceptance speech, Dimpy said she was dedicating the award to "every woman that was doing the work quietly, and silently building their brand," which is a nod to her work to support women wishing to find a mentorship to grow their business - no different than the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
