Deepti Pathak Appointed Head of Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences

- With effect from June 2025, Deepti Pathak has been named Head of Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences
- Formerly held the position of Deputy General Manager, Human Resources
Deepti Pathak has been promoted to Head of Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences, with effect from June 2025. In the past, she served as the HR Deputy General Manager.
Deepti has over ten years of human resources experience, having worked for well-known research and pharmaceutical companies. After working at Azizant Drug Research Solutions, she returned to Aurore Life Sciences in 2024 as Assistant General Manager. She previously held the position of Lead HR Business Partner at Aurore from November 2019 to September 2022, and this is her second term there.
She has also held positions at EY and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where she combined her experience in research and development with strategic human resource leadership to create a unique HR approach. She can address HR issues with both analytical accuracy and a thorough comprehension of people dynamics thanks to this combination.
Deepti has overseen several important HR tasks during her career, such as employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and talent acquisition. On important organizational projects like workforce planning, succession management, and restructuring, she has worked with executive teams.
Renowned for implementing data-driven HR strategies, Pathak leverages analytics to boost organizational effectiveness and support decision-making. Her ability to combine strategic insight with innovative problem-solving has frequently resulted in noteworthy outcomes.
She is expected to fortify Aurore's human capital strategy, foster a culture of high performance, and make sure HR initiatives are closely linked to the organization's long-term business goals in her new position.
