Coca-Cola Names Charlotte Wolf Tarfa Vice President, People & Culture

- Charlotte Wolf Tarfa has been appointed as VP, People & Culture – India & Southwest Asia at Coca-Cola
- The role is centered on aligning talent, culture, and leadership with the company’s future growth ambitions
The Coca-Cola Company has announced the promotion of Charlotte Wolf Tarfa to Vice President, People & Culture – India & Southwest Asia. In this position, she will be responsible for the people strategy for one of the company’s key growth areas.
Her duties will include aligning people, culture, and leadership development with the company’s strategic long-term growth plans, with a focus on developing diverse and skill-based leadership talent in India and Southwest Asia.
Prior to this position, Charlotte served as Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Succession and Global Senior Director of Talent & Development at Coca-Cola.
In these capacities, she collaborated with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team on global talent and succession projects in over 200 markets.
Charlotte has also held a number of roles in HR and leadership development at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she led corporate learning, HR business partnering, and organizational transformation projects in global functions.
With a robust background in talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational development on a global platform, Charlotte has experience in building high-performance teams and leadership frameworks for the future.
Looking back at her first week in the new role, Charlotte posted on LinkedIn, "I began my first week in India, leading People & Culture for Coca-Cola in the India & Southwest Asia region. I got the chance to connect with our associates and bottling partners during MARK, our global Market Activation Recruitment Week, where the Coca-Cola system focuses on growth and execution."
She further added, "It has been an outstanding start, seeing strategy unfold in action through people, capabilities, and partnerships. India is a vibrant market, diverse in its richness, size, and ambitions, and I am eagerly looking forward to learning rapidly and working together with our teams and partners to build the future."
