CII IWN Gujarat Chapter Announces SheRise 2026 Conference

- Conference to emphasize leadership, resilience, and decision-making experiences
- Objective is to facilitate interaction and collaboration among women professionals and entrepreneurs
The Gujarat Chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Indian Women Network (IWN) is hosting its annual flagship conference - SheRise 2026: Stories of Courage, Choice & Change, on Friday, February 20, at i-Hub, Ahmedabad.
The primary aim behind SheRise 2026 is to create a platform to celebrate stories of resilience, leadership and transformation.
The conference will examine the key moments in making both personal and professional choices as well as their impacts over time; thus providing opportunities for informed decision making and developing leadership skills.
The conference is also expected to provide opportunities for improving the participation of women leaders in the industrial and entrepreneurial sectors of Gujarat by way of discussions, collaboration and learning.
The conference will also connect industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, scholars and others involved in stakeholder discussion with respect to the improvement of women’s participation in leadership and decision-making roles.
Commencing his speech, CII Indian Women Network, Gujarat Chairperson and Storycircle Edusaarthi India Director Yogita Ahuja said that under SheRise 2026, emphasis is put on the elements of choice and responsibility in leadership roles.
The focus will create an environment that allows women to participate actively in leadership roles throughout all areas of employment and in the community.
Punnam Kaushik, former Chairperson of CII Indian Women Network, Gujarat as well as Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Affairs, reiterated CII IWN Gujarat’s commitment to supporting inclusive growth, encouraging women to lead within the industry, and developing supportive networks for women professionals and entrepreneurs through SheRise 2026.
