  • The promotion further bolsters the leadership team at the company and supports its people strategy

CARE Ratings has reinforced its leadership team by promoting Binita Deb to Associate Director Human Resources as the company continues to fine-tune its people strategy and firm up internal capabilities.

Binita shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to continue leading HR business partnering and performance management while adding increased responsibilities in talent management an area she described as a strong personal interest.

She also expressed thanks for the support and mentorship of senior leaders Rupali Srivastav and Aniruddha Sen.

With many years of experience in the HR function at CARE Ratings, she has contributed to core people processes and supported business teams across the organisation.

Her experience encompasses talent enablement, policy implementation, and performance management-in areas that have become increasingly important with the ratings sector adapting to regulatory changes and increasing competition.

This promotion reflects the approach of CARE Ratings to internally develop leadership talent and expand roles for professionals who have contributed to sustaining the culture and capability of the organisation.

“I would like to keep driving impact, enabling talent, and embracing new possibilities by reinforcing the talent framework of the organisation as CARE Ratings evolves its business model,” Binita said.

Her enlarged role comes at a time when the ratings industry is placing greater emphasis on governance, analytical strength, and building future-ready teams. Her new responsibilities are expected to support CARE Ratings’ efforts to enhance its talent pool and modernize its HR practices.
