The event aimed to highlight the pivotal role of women in shaping a better future and emphasized the need for women leaders to drive a new age of progress.

The symposium brought together a distinguished lineup of speakers who themselves exemplify women's leadership. Rashi Ahuja, Director of BSG, warmly welcomed the speakers and attendees, expressing her belief in women as architects of social change.

One of the prominent speakers was Pranjal Patil, District Magistrate of Shahdara District, East Delhi, who served as the Chief Guest. Patil shared her experiences and underscored the power of administrative roles in driving societal progress. She stated, "Women's empowerment is an act of embracing ourselves unconditionally and a self-assurance of transforming the world for the entire sisterhood and humanity."

Radhika Bharat Ram, Joint Vice Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools and Founder of KARM Fellowship for Young Indian Women, delivered a powerful keynote speech. She highlighted the consistent presence of women at the forefront of driving social change, advocating for inclusivity, equality, and better lives for all. Bharat Ram emphasized that women understand the importance of progress for everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, or social standing.

Financial empowerment emerged as a crucial step toward social change during the symposium. Priyanka Bhatia, Co-founder of Women on Wealth (WOW), emphasized the significance of empowering women financially. She stressed the need to break the cycle of financial regrets and pave the way for brighter futures. Bhatia envisioned a world where every household is led by financially educated women, contributing to overall progress.

Vishesh Gupta, Chairperson of BSG, extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to all the speakers and attendees, acknowledging the transformative power of women's leadership. Gupta expressed that women are natural peacemakers, possessing leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to break barriers and create inclusive societies. He emphasized that by recognizing and amplifying the impact of women's efforts, they can inspire others to take action and enable everyone to reach their full potential.

In addition to the symposium, BSG showcased a sustainability exhibition titled "Seeds of Hope & Action: Making the SDGs a Reality."
