Bajaj Electricals Appoints Ashween Anand as CFO

Bajaj Electricals announced Ashween Anand as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate with an effective date of May 14, 2026. The announcement was disclosed by Prashant A. Dalvi as part of the company's compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
In addition to the CFO designation, Anand will also be formally appointed as CFO during the next Board Meeting, representing an important transition for the new senior leadership team at the company.
Ashween is an experienced finance leader with a total of more than 16 years of varied experience in the fields of finance, strategy, and governance. She has previously worked with major international organizations including EY, Deloitte, Mondelez International, Colgate-Palmolive, and most recently, she served as CFO of the Tata Starbucks Joint Venture, which is made up of Tata Consumer Products and Starbucks Corporate.
Ashween also has extensive experience in a number of areas of finance, including financial planning, treasury, taxation, internal audit, and finance transformation. She has also worked in transaction advisory and assurance from both Deloitte and EY for many years.
Ashween tenure at Tata Starbucks has involved implementing successful growing firms and finance strategy, working collaboratively with Board members and company leaders on developing scalable capabilities, in addition to leading automation, analytical and technology-driven change initiatives.
Additionally, she has worked to develop enhanced business operating models, establish improved cost structures, and enhance company capital efficiency across a vast and complex business operation.
Before joining Tata Starbucks, Ashween held several key financial leadership roles at Mondelez and Colgate-Palmolive, managing accounts for India and many international markets including, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. In addition, she served in several regional roles based in the Asia Pacific headquarters located in Singapore.
Her education credentials include being a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing a Master's in Commerce, and completing all three levels of the CFA program.
Ashween received diplomas from T. C. London in Speech & Drama and Effective Communication. As a result, she has been recognized with some of the leading industry awards including, E.T. CFO-of-the-Year (2024) and E.T. Edge Impactful CFO of the Year (2024).
