Bacardi India Names Goodies Narayanan as Director of Marketing

- Goodies Narayanan has joined Bacardi India as Director of Marketing - CMO India
- The move marks her return to the consumer brands sector
- She will lead consumer and customer marketing teams in India
As announced on LinkedIn, Goodies Narayanan has joined Bacardi India as Director of Marketing – CMO India. This appointment also marks her return to the consumer brands space after senior stints in ed-tech, streaming, and FMCG.
Goodies will oversee the consumer marketing and customer marketing teams for the Bacardi portfolio in India across all brands within Bacardi's portfolio, including Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar's, Grey Goose, and Bombay Sapphire.
She brings a wealth of international marketing, digital transformation and creation of large brand campaigns, having worked for Coursera, Disney+ Hotstar, GSK, Procter & Gamble and Siemens.
Goodies stated she found that, through her roles in both Consumer Technology Marketing and as a Consumer Marketer she gained a layer of experience through these roles that enable me to build brand equity via leveraging Data to Fuel Growth.
She added that she looks forward to having the opportunity to build brand equities using the Bacardi Portfolio, and also being part of a Company that focuses on building and maintaining Diversity and Equity in Leadership. Goodies note that she believes this shift is part of the larger change that is occurring in the industry.
