The India Women vs. Australia Women ODI cricket match took place at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. This was the Australia Women's 3 ODI Series, 2023–2024, the third ODI played in India. The Australian Women secured a winning position on all three ODIs. India lost to Australia by 190 runs.
After winning the toss, Australia Women chose to bat first. Australia Women scored 338 runs for 7 wickets in 50 overs in the first innings. India Women scored 148 runs for 10 wickets in 32.4 overs during the second innings and failed to chase the target.
Australia amassed an impressive 338 for seven against the Indian Women's Team, led by opener Phoebe Litchfield, who hit a brilliant century, and captain Alyssa Healy, who scored an astonishing 82 off of 85 balls.
Australia's highest-ever total against India is now 338/7, surpassing the previous record of 332/7 in 2018. Australia's strong performance continued until the end, weakening India's position. Shreyanka Patil, an off-spinner, was India's most successful bowler, achieving 3/57 figures.
Phoebe Litchfield of AUSW was awarded Player of the Match after a remarkable performance, securing 119 runs in 125 balls.
