NIVEA India appoints Geetika Mehta as new Managing Director

Geetika Mehta, with global experience in small businesses and large corporations in places including South Asia, Thailand, Brazil, and South Africa, has been appointed as the new managing director of NIVEA India. Geetika, a seasoned FMCG professional, aligns with NIVEA India's goal of delivering superior product quality and care proposition to consumers.
Geetika Mehta expressed her happiness at her appointment by saying, "I'm excited to join NIVEA India, a brand that stands for quality and high-quality skincare. My priorities will be to lead innovation, improve customer experiences, and maintain NIVEA's standing as the go-to skincare brand for millions of Indians as we navigate the constantly changing skincare market.
Geetika has two decades of experience in the FMCG industry, before joining NIVEA India, she worked as the Managing Director at Hershey India for 2.5 years whereas spent eighteen years working for Hindustan Unilever Limited. She has received recognition for her contributions to the industry over the years, including awards such as IMPACT 50 Most Influential Women for Women 2023, ET Prime Women Leadership DEI Ally of the Year 2023, and The Economic Times 40 Under Forty 2021.
