Airspan Networks Appoints Triveni Parab as HR Director India

Airspan Networks has appointed Triveni Parab as director, human resources – India, marking a new chapter in her 11-year journey with the telecom technology firm.
As an Executive, Triveni will be responsible for country HR oversight (India) for the company. Her specialties are talent management, leadership development, workforce planning and implementing people-centric initiatives to support business growth. The hiring reflects Airspan's efforts to boost internal management as it expands its presence in India.
Triveni's rise in elevation has come on the heels of its continued climb within Airspan. Before this she was the senior human resources manager for September 2021 to July 2026 and prior to this, she served as human resources manager – India from February 2015 to August 2021. In both positions, she was responsible for some of the best HR projects and contributed to the employee experience of the company for 11 years and 7 months.

Her career trajectory is indicative of steady progress in HR leadership. After gaining some experience in HR operations with Corporate Support Services in Navi Mumbai, she started her career as HR-executive from June 2009 until June 2011.
She then moved to Concorde Motors India as HR from November 2011 to June 2013 followed by a stint as senior executive–corporate HR at Triton Group from June 2013 to January 2015. These early roles have led her to specialize in strategic HR planning, employee engagement and organizational development.
Triveni has over 15 years of experience in her new role, thanks to her Masters in Human Resources and Diploma in HR Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. Her founding expertise and commitment to ‘people-centric leadership' will play an important role in propelling the next phase of growth in India, Airspan commented.
With the addition of Triveni, Airspan is continuing to build its position in the global telecom sector with its 4G and 5G wireless network solutions. The company's products include Open RAN radios, small cells, distributed antenna systems (DAS), private network solutions and air-to-ground connectivity technologies, and are sold to telecom operators, enterprises and government organizations around the world.
Airspan has global operations, and engineering and development centers in India, including Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai. The company has sold over a million units of radio equipment worldwide, and is continuing to expand its Open RAN and private wireless network solutions for next-generation connectivity.
As the company expands its workforce to drive innovation and the widespread rollout of 5G and Open RAN technologies, Triveni is poised to play a pivotal role in bolstering Airspan India's talent acquisition and organizational strength.
