The Prime Minister's office had sent an invitation to the members of the Adivasi Mahila Farmer Producer Company which is promoted by the NABARD in Seethampeta Mandal in the Manyam District, in order to take part in the 77th Independence Day celebrations at Red Fort, New Delhi.
The Adivasi Mahila FPO's CEO, A Gowthami, and Chairman S Lalitha Kumari attended the event on Tuesday. In accordance with the central sector scheme, the FPO was established in the year 2022 through an NGO named ARTS with assistance from NABARD. Presently, a total of 350 female tribal farmers are joined with this organization as its members.
The Adivasi Mahila Farmer Producer Company is a non-governmental organization that works for agricultural and Animal Husbandry service activities except veterinary activities.
