Dr. Pemmasani honored certificates and tools to the newly graduated women entrepreneurs, giving credit to their perseverance and courage. He also identified some government initiatives like MUDRA, Lakhpati Didi, Start-Up India, and Stand-Up India, and digital tools like Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp that facilitate learning and development for entrepreneurs.
