8 Female Entrepreneurs from Credai Chennai to be part of Delegation to Cambodia
By: WE Staff | Wednesday, 23 August 2023
As a part of a prominent women's delegation, eight female entrepreneurs from Credai Chennai will travel to Cambodia. This event has been organized by the honorary Cambodian Consulate. Credai Chennai's dedication to global partnerships and women's empowerment is highlighted by this collaboration.
A total of 55 Indian female entrepreneurs who have achieved notable accomplishments will gather in Siem Reap, Cambodia, from 26 August to 29 August 2023. They will represent a variety of industries, including manufacturing, and agriculture. The initiative which is inspired by Cambodia's 61 per cent representation of females in business, aims at eradicating the gender gaps present in the leadership roles. Women make up only 13.76 per cent of Indian entrepreneurs, which needs to be fulfilled by greater visibility and representation.
This program will provide chances for networking, business interactions, and experience about different cultures. Delegates from Credai Chennai will communicate with their counterparts including the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association in an effort to promote partnerships.
