'Shefs At The Leela' event held to Empower Female Culinary Talent

The 6th edition of the prestigious 'Shefs At The Leela' event is set to take place at the Leela Palace Bengaluru, a culinary initiative aimed at inspiring and empowering female culinary talent in partnership with Dean With Us (Rupali Dean and Akanksha Dean). The event will be held on 1 May & 2 May 2024, and it will be a culinary feast that will include three renowned Indian woman chefs, Devika Kumari, Prerana Bandal, and Radhika Khandelwal.

In order to keep up with the tradition of encouraging diversity in the culinary industry, 'Shefs At The Leela' has planned to organize panel discussions, interactive workshops, and culinary demonstrations. The talented Indian Women chefs who are renowned for their creative culinary techniques and expertise will showcase their unique recipes and culinary interpretations will create an exceptional dining experience.

Chefs Devika Kumari, Prerana Bandal, and Radhika Khandelwal will convene for a panel discussion on Day 1. They will interact with female associates from The Leela Palace Bengaluru, The Leela Bharatiya City, and young culinary aspirants from hospitality universities. These chefs will showcase their skills with a cuisine that reflects each signature style and will culminate the flavors and aromas globally on Day 2. The Leela Palace Bengaluru is hosting this event in order to celebrate Indian women chefs and support young talent in the culinary arts.
