Rritu is a Life & Leadership Coach and a Personal Branding Consultant. Rritu has had 2 generations of exposure in the Indian Army Fraternity, and with over twenty years of experiential learnings from various industries, she has internalised resilience, and believes in the mantra-`Significance is achieved through authentic presence, courage and resilience; and it goes a step further than success in propelling sustained growth'. Rritu is on a mission to enable individuals and businesses discover and live their purpose. Medha on the other hand, is an Actor and a Fashion Model who is committed towards the business development and grow that `Shakhhsiyat'. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Christ University, Bengaluru. She is currently working on programs towards bridging the gap between awareness and action wrt holistic wellness. Together, they are working on the long-term growth plan of the venture.

`Shakhhsiyat' is an Urdu word which means `identity- inspiring positive change'. To us, it also means unlocking of our clients' best version and we celebrate their uniqueness and the value they add to this world by `being' their authentic selves. The three verticals of `Shakhhsiyat', together make the venture a single point of contact for services related to one's identity, presence and lasting impressions. People of different age groups and diverse professional backgrounds at multiple levels can avail our services.

What Are The Various Services That Your Firm Specializes In?
`Shakhhsiyat' specializes in Personal Growth services which are customized to best fit the client's needs. For organizations, the proposed coaching, facilitation and training interventions are carried out post conducting a TNA. Our coaching model focuses on enabling our clients steer through adversities and bouncing forward, where STEER stands for Self-Management, Trust through Authenticity, Emotional Intelligence, Effectiveness and Resilience.

Our sessions follow the best practices from coaching, training and facilitation industry and offer one-on-one customised sessions for Life, Leadership and Executive Coaching, Soft Skills Training sessions and personal branding consultations. One can also avail group training sessions for a group of 12-15 individuals and workshops/webinars for a larger audience.

Our philosophy is to enable our clients design an authentic and compelling presence for themselves in attaining high levels of self-direction towards their goals and life vision.

What Is The Roadmap Set For The Company In The Days To Come?
The future of workforce is rapidly evolving and so is the need of the work force to be upskilled. Our ongoing projects are receiving positive response, although the first two quarters after the official launch of the venture were a challenge. Apart from working with individuals, we are also working on projects with three Organizations and a pilot project with a University in the United States. We are moving into second phase from August 2021 onwards and we foresee organizations engaging with us for coaching their employees as they continue to face challenges at different levels while working from home. We are also being approached by individuals seeking our services for upskilling themselves with the extra time they have at hand. We shall also continue to focus on inducting a robust operational team and providing flexible service offerings through hybrid model to our clients. For our long-term growth plan, we are looking at scaling up in 2022 and shall step up and relentlessly continue evolving the flexible services model as per the need of the industry.
