Give Us A Brief Overview Of Your Firm, Speaktopublic.
Speak to public is a four year old signature firm started in early 2018 with an aim to help people to hone their public speaking skills. In the span of four years, the firm has successfully transformed and impacted more than 4000 people and I am on a mission to impact at least one million people in the next three years.

Take Us Through Your Early Education And Prior Industry Experience. What Factors Led You Into The Field Of Soft Skills And Public Speaking Coaching?
I have completed the formative years of education at St. Mary's School, Barbil, and Orissa. I graduated with B.Tech in biotechnology. I worked in Wipro, Zydus Cadila, UCO bank, and Orchids International School, Bangalore, Redbridge International Academy and Orchids International School, Kolkata. While I was doing my International teacher training at Indus International School, Bangalore, I discovered a confident speaker in me.

I started my training journey back in 2015 as a public speaking trainer after pursuing my PGDIE from Indus International School after which I got my certification from Birmingham City University, Birmingham, UK. Later, I continued my journey training kids in International schools. I trained Montessori teachers, people from sales background, C.A.T aspirants and engineering graduates as a freelancer.

Tell Us About The Foundation Journey Of The Company. What Were The Initial Days Like And What Were The Major Challenges That You Had To Overcome In The Early Days Of Running Speaktopublic.
As I was labelled as a shy kid, I grew up as an under confident and timid person. So over time when I realized my inner potential trough Coaching and mentorship under renowned experts in the same field and came out of fear and uncertainty, I decided to help people who were in the same space where I used to be at some point.

The initial days were tough. The major challenge was finance because I wasn't getting a handsome salary to invest in my business.

What Are The Various Confidence And Public Speaking Courses And Programs That Your Firm Specializes In?
The courses at SpeakToPublic include Speak master Junior, a public speaking training programme for kids; Speak Master Club for graduates and professionals and Speak Out for confidence Coaching crafted for professionals.

These programs are structured in a way to give guaranteed results with focused and personalized attention. For Speak master Junior we include both live classes along with personal feedback for each assignment. For the Speak Master Club, I personally meet the trainees once a week wherein I provide them intensive training, monthly reports and schedule special doubt clearing sessions. I also give them an accountability partner so that they take actions effectively without fail.

SpeakToPublic ensures that they are given speaking assignments every alternate day, personally reviewed by me. Assignments are my USP because this was a major challenge which my trainees faced every time during my journey as an employee. Now as an entrepreneur, I have tried to use all my 6 years of experience thereby eradicate all the challenges which my trainees' faced. They had no platform to practice and no one was accountable to them. So I have separate software tools for conducting video assignments.

SPEAK SMART is an 8 weeks coaching program that deals specifically with the stammering issues of people (graduates and professionals). Here I use CBT tools to address the deep rooted thoughts which lead to stammering and thus lack of self-confidence.

The Confidence Coaching program SPEAK OUT, continues for 10 long weeks. It's a practical experience for the trainees wherein I not only help them to set the outcomes but also assist them to achieve their goals with efficacy. With our unmatched curriculum, we make sure that all the blocks in trainee's minds are cleared with the help of proven and time tested tools and techniques. Throughout the coaching process, my clients get many breakthroughs and massive transformation.

What Are Some Techniques And Methodologies That You Employ While Working With Clients To Ensure The Best Results?
I use proven techniques like NLP tools, various software tools, and powerful enneagram tools to make sure that all the blocks in the mind of the learners are cleared with efficacy. I rewire their mind and fix their limiting beliefs through proven and time tested tools and techniques.

This journey has been super amazing so far. My consistent nature and my grit have pushed me through this journey. I didn't give up no matter what. I made several adjustments to my lifestyle but that has paid off with the immense success of SpeakToPublic.

What Is The Roadmap Set For The Company In The Days To Come? What Would Be Your Words Of Advice To The Aspiring Designers And Entrepreneurs?
In the coming three years we are endeavouring to transform and create 1000000 success stories. My advice to the budding entrepreneurs is to have patience, upgrade on a daily basis, have the grit to sail through your journey, eliminate self-doubts, and stay motivated.
