After high school, as I became more well-read in current affairs and business news, I was quickly inspired and inclined to veer into the world of business, entrepreneurship, and corporate. I changed my major from science majors to Finance and Business Studies and ventured into Investment Banking. Investment banking allowed me to cement my financial competence while also allowing me to uncover my abilities to become a thorough leader capable of enabling crucial and strategic revenue, operations, and business decisions. I have a very loving pet that I love spending time with in between meetings and after work. I support initiatives like Adopt Don't Shop, which provides food and shelter to animals in need, as well as promoting and funding fostering opportunities.

While doing all this, making it fun for future customers, making it fun for the current employees to build, and making it an exciting endeavor to constantly build upon every day, all while creating limitless revenue opportunities for everyone in the chain whether it’s the generator of an idea, creator of the product or the consumer across the globe.

 My goal was also to instill and empower huge teams with an unwaveringly high standard of leadership and example, which is the culture I have followed and aligned within every firm I have worked in. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to have a seat at the table, a voice that resonated to influence organizational direction at its very core, and the opportunity to influence my network, employees, friends, family, and colleagues in both known and unknown ways. The motivating force has always been to find a way where none exists, to solve complicated business problems daily, and to contribute relentlessly to make a company better and more successful.

What Advice Would You Like To Give To Young Girls And Women Who Are Aspiring To Be Future Leaders In This Domain? It's fine to use clichés like believe in yourself, keep going, and so on, but the one message I'd like to share here is to take a stance, even if you're alone in doing so; be courageous, trust your decisions, and stay faithful and disciplined to your vision. That will become your unique contributor to undeniable, consistent, and limitless success sooner rather than later.
