Ashwini Dhuppe: Bringing Everlasting Changes In Lives Of People, Especially Entrepreneurs

Ashwini Dhuppe

Regardless of what qualification or reputed institution a person comes from, in the real-life business scenario, it is always the experience, skills, and right strategies which accelerate growth. Today, many talented individuals and youngsters enter into entrepreneurship, but most of them often fade away without the proper balance in skills, ideologies, and strategies. Sometimes, even a business owner with exuberant quality products and services does not establish efficiency in the market. Most importantly, besides being an owner, several entrepreneurs work tirelessly for success but fail to build strong roots for sustainable business. With that said, the business world is in dire need of trainers and coaches to propel business mindset and behaviour. Especially, for a fresher in the business world, only a coach can accurately mend the growth. Such a transformational trainer who strives to bring sustainable success to entrepreneurs is Ashwini Dhuppe, Founder of Sewah Education Hub.

Ashwini is a veteran in the education and business sector, carrying over 20 years of experience in mentoring entrepreneurs, professionals, and young minds. She has achieved excellence in driving ideas and gained a reputation for garnering ‘breakthrough success’ in human growth, people development, women empowerment, and philanthropy. Today, she is transforming the lives of many entrepreneurs through her business! Read the experts below to know how she impacts business owners' lives. And, take advantage of her wise input.

What was your prime motto behind ideating Sewah Education Hub? How are you helping entrepreneurs achieve the underlying idea of the venture?

The business world is volatile, complex, and uncertain. Many youngsters entering this world come with a lot of enthusiasm to express themselves and serve the community. However, as they grow up the ladder, the gut feeling and energy fades. They might witness initial success but fail to create a sustainable business. I wanted to intervene to help such entrepreneurs get grounded in the foundation of business. And, equip them with the skills and mindset that are needed to create a long-term organization.

Building a sustainable or long-term business involves four aspects: cash-flow management, team management, sales & marketing, and operations. We handhold entrepreneurs and train them in these four pillars.

Highlight some important features of your expertise as a leader in education.

For more than 2 decades now, I have been striving to create a positive impact in education and entrepreneurship areas. In my career so far, I have been at the forefront of creating profitable ventures from their very nascent stages, by extending my vision and leadership in strategic planning, conceptualizing, and implementing for-profit as well as non-profit models.

My passion is education, coaching, and mentoring entrepreneurs, professionals, philanthropist, and the young generation. I have been fortunate to have trained thousands of people in India & overseas. Moreover, I have hands-on experience in growing businesses, making profitable ventures, and creating a successful future for every individual.

Walk us through your journey and turning points in life.

I am from a very small town, brought up in a conservative family. For instance, I got married in my first year of my college and had a child in my second year. By the time I completed my law degree, I became a mother of two. Fortunately, my husband was working in a city and I got to move to one of the metros, where I availed a lot of opportunities. I really wanted to do something different instead of just taking care of my home. I was constantly pondering upon what I can do for society.

"I believe in delivering rather than speaking and practicing before preaching"

I used to always attend conferences, training, and seminars to keep pace with the developments and got to work with an MNC. I have been a performance-driven and result-oriented person and got many recognitions. Despite being a top management professional, I knew that working for someone else is not my cup of tea. I wanted to have freedom, create my own identity and do something to inspire other women. While I was at the peak of my career progress, I decided to quit and start my organization in training and development. Since then, I am taking physical training across Maharashtra in over 10 districts. I have trained 1 lakh entrepreneurs and 6000+ women to pursue a career as business owners. I am focusing on developing a leader mindset rather than an employee mindset.

Give us a brief on Sewah and its vision.

Sewah is a beautiful abbreviation where S stands for spirituality -- aligning body mind and soul; E stands for education on every aspect of life – be it finance, relationships, living life to the fullest, and more; W stands for wealth that is sustainable, A stands for abundance – not living a comprised life; H stands for health. That being said, we focus on the holistic development of an individual to achieve success in life and business. Our vision is ‘awakening life to accomplish excellence’. Marching forward with a mission to connect 1 crore life by the end of 2023. We have started our educational courses in Nashik, Dhule, Aurangabad, Nanded, Pune & Thane districts and all the towns under these districts. We are spreading our wings through the way of Franchises in complete Maharashtra, Gujrat & Hyderabad soon.

What is your success mantra? What advice would you give to women entrepreneurs?

Staying consistent and ardently focused on my purpose has been my success mantra. I would advise the same to everyone; to have a clear purpose and work towards it consistently. No matter what may come, hurdles or difficulties, don't give up. Being a woman is a privilege. We are blessed with many skills and potential and a lot of aspects like multi-tasking, cash-flow management, and relationship management come naturally to us. We have to just learn to focus our energy on creating an identity for ourselves rather than small problems which are passing clouds.
