Women Leaders Powering the Revolution of Indian Pharma & Lifescience Industry

The healthcare and pharma industry is perpetually in a state of flux and more so in the past few years. Answering the needs of current time, the pharma sector has had to rapidly evolve. We have seen the industry working through new treatment modalities, smart machines, advanced analytics, and digital connectivity. The pharma and lifescience industry has been impacted by various women leaders who have acted as influential change makers in the sector over the years. The current edition of Women Entrepreneur India magazine, celebrates such women of influence in the Indian pharma and life-sciences industry.

On the cover we have the talented leader, Anu Jagtap, Co-Founder & Director, Aastrid Life Sciences. Having completed her Masters of Science degree from Pune University, Anu has been associated with associated with Aastrid for over 25 years now, and has played a significant role in the company’s growth journey so far. Giving these women esteemed company is Dr. Kriti Israni, Founder & CEO, Quality In Core. With over 10 years of experience, in Pharma & Life Sciences, including R&D, she is a dependable, goal-oriented, and performance-focused cGMP consultant, specializing in US FDA requirements and offering broad-based experience, while she also possesses hands-on skills in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, healthcare and medical device industries. Another illustrious leader joining the list is Mrinalini, Director, Xania. Mrinalini is a Cosmetologist, Beauty, and skin specialist who holds a variety of qualifications and certificates in the field of cosmetics, Beauty, and Makeup. She currently leads the segment of global cosmetics at Xania Corporation US. Under this capacity, she looks over all of the various skin and hair care products. She has also been assigned to cosmetics research and development.
