Any nation’s success hinges on the people of the nation. And, education is the pillar that helps shape strong and capable individuals. Quality education makes the younger generation adept to not only create success for their individual self but for the nation as a whole.

In India this responsibility is ably carried out by a plethora of higher educational institutions. The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is one of these institutions that has been imparting quality and holistic education to a plethora of young Indian minds. Established in 1984, the institute was conferred University status by the Union Ministry of Human Resources Development.

Founded with the aim of rendering quality higher education on par with international standards, VIT is known for adopting new-age, innovative methods to improve the quality of higher education.

Owing to the quality of its education, VIT has produced some of the brightest minds that India has seen. The current edition of Women Entrepreneurs Review magazine introduces readers to a few such names.

In this edition, read about the success story of Madhubala Jupally, Founder and Director of Dhuni Polymers. She has a background in civil engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. She combines technical expertise with entrepreneurship, focusing on innovation and sustainability. Dhuni forayed into her entrepreneurial journey, establishing Dhuni Polymers, a Hyderabad-based company specializing in flexible packaging products, particularly PP woven sacks, incorporating recycled material into their products.

With a B.Tech in Biotechnology, an MBA in Innovation Management, and a Ph.D. in progress, she bridges research and business with expertise. She also serves as Director at SS Techno Limited, leading HR, admin, IT, digital marketing etc.

Another noteworthy name is Vidya Kesari, currently serving as the Lead – Executive Search at Scalations, who spearheads comprehensive hiring solutions for a diverse pan-India client base. Her core strengths include providing specialized staffing services and enhancing candidate brand positioning through impactful resume transformations. At Scalations, she focuses on delivering customized staffing solutions and resume enhancement services that adapt to the evolving demands of the industry.

In this month’s edition, also read about Khushboo Soni, a leader driven with passion for making systems more efficient and scalable. She brings a results-driven approach to leadership, prioritizing team empowerment, client success, and long-term innovation.
