The Value of Women in Leadership

Leadership is, ideally, a gender-neutral concept. Yet, for generations, cultural norms and systemic biases have associated leadership with traditionally masculine traits. Today, that narrative is evolving. As more women assume leadership roles across industries, organizations are redefining what effective leadership looks like.
The corporate world is undergoing a significant shift, with increasing emphasis on improving gender balance in leadership positions. This change is driven not only by the pursuit of equity but also by the recognition that diverse leadership teams make better decisions and foster more inclusive, innovative workplaces.
