By: WE Staff
As we celebrate International Women’s Day today, this year’s theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls”, emphasises the urgent call for equitable justice and inclusive systems.
The day is an invite for individuals and organisations alike to pause and reflect women’s remarkable influence across all aspects of life. Advancing women’s right to the optimal attainable standard of physical and mental health, calls for a foundational building of equitable, resilient, and sustainable societies. Investing in institutions that prioritize their health and well-being, will result in creation of thriving environments, communities, and economies across all geographies.
This Women's Day special, WER brings together Kopal Sarin Raj, Ranjana Maitra, Kunda Jadhav, Mythily Ramesh, Girija Kolagada and Jayashree Sathy to talk about their journeys. These amazing women have been leaders in strategy, innovation and transformation for decades and continue to set the standards for the industry. They talk about how diversity in leadership results in stronger organizations and the values that have kept them going in their amazing paths in life.
