Merging Digital Innovation with Entrepreneurship to Drive Impact

In the last 17 years of my professional journey, I have forefronted digital transformation initiatives. My interest in technology grew deeper in the year 2009 when we digitally trained hundreds of employees through Second Life, a virtual world of avatars, to deliver complex organizational change. My focus has always been on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and drive business growth. Through my efforts to bring innovative concepts into practical use, I aim to drive positive change, empowering people and organizations to operate more efficiently in data-driven environments.

Message for Women of India

"India is on its way to becoming a powerful hub for business and technology, presenting an incredible opportunity for women to be part of this dynamic landscape. My advice is simple: never say no to professional experiences. Embrace every task, challenge, and role with an open mind because you never know what will inspire you or where it will lead. Growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Take that leap of faith, and you may just discover your true calling to make a global impact."
