Genesys Appoints Isha Shah as Senior Partner Marketing Manager (APJ) 
Isha Shah has been appointed the new Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Genesys’ Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, which reinforces the company's industry focus on establishing strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners and achieving sustainable growth in that region.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager (SPMM) at Genesys, she will assist partners in the joint marketing initiatives; promoting partner-to-partner collaboration in the ecosystem and the overall market; increasing the growth of ecosystem services through all of the traditional partner marketing activities.
In addition, Partner Marketing is one of the primary growth engines in technology companies today, and with the diversified and high growth of the APJ region, it will be an important driver in the success of any major technology companies.
Her extensive marketing background with partner engagement as it relates to marketing initiatives gives her the tools to help Genesys support its overall growth strategy as more companies continue to invest in Customer Experience Technology solutions.
