Unakoti, Tripura
Unakoti is a pure, raw and wild treasure of culture located in Tripura and is rich in its natural and pilgrimage. Unakoti is believed to have been constructed in the early medieval time period and features incredible representations of Unakotiswara (Kal) Bhairava that rise up into the air at heights of 30-40 ft, along with other deities. Thousands of rock-carving sculptures line each side of the greenery adorning the various hills around Unakoti. The place is also well-known for being a mix of mythology and history and beauty. Unakoti has a great deal of trail-based activities that exist in this area as the scenery; including a small waterfall; around the lodge is breathtaking and incredible.
