Sonal Kapoor, Founder, Protsahan India Foundation

Sonal Kapoor, founder of Protsahan India Foundation is changing the way education is delivered to the most vulnerable children by the means of artistic expression. Through her programs, she combines formal education with art-therapy, storytelling, digital learning for street children and at risk youth. In fact this method not only gives children the opportunity to work through their trauma but also develops their confidence and other life skills.

What started as a small grassroots campaign has grown into a complete model impacting thousands. By offering secure and comfortable environments, she turns education into something healing and empowering that helps children from very disadvantaged backgrounds to live their lives with dignity and purpose.
