As a woman entrepreneur and innovation leader, what experiences have shaped your leadership philosophy and approach to decision-making?

My leadership philosophy has been shaped by the belief that innovation thrives when people are encouraged to experiment, learn, and challenge conventional thinking. Over the years, I have learned that courage and adaptability are essential qualities for navigating change and driving meaningful progress.

As a woman entrepreneur, resilience, authenticity, and a long-term perspective have played a significant role in my journey. These experiences have influenced my approach to leadership, which focuses on empowering individuals, valuing diverse viewpoints, and making decisions that create sustainable growth and lasting value for both people and organizations.

What opportunities inspired KudilTech to adopt an innovation-led approach toward the future of work?

Together with Co-Founder & CEO Sasi Marian, we saw a significant opportunity to bridge this gap through Digital Workers. Our vision at KudilTech is to develop intelligent assistants that work alongside employees, managing repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows.

I believe technology should complement human capabilities rather than replace them. By taking over routine activities, Digital Workers allow employees to devote more time to creativity, problem-solving, and strategic initiatives.

This approach enables businesses to enhance productivity while empowering people to focus on work that delivers greater value and drives innovation.

How do you transform innovative ideas into scalable solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes?

At KudilTech, I believe successful innovation begins with understanding real business challenges rather than pursuing technology for its own sake. We start by identifying customer needs, validating concepts through continuous feedback, and refining solutions through rapid prototyping before scaling them.

Whether we are developing Kudil Frontdesk, Kudil Customer Support, or Kudil Sales Representative, our objective is to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer engagement.

I focus on ensuring that every solution provides clear business value and addresses practical requirements, enabling organizations to achieve productivity gains while creating better experiences for their customers.

Why is human-centered design important in developing impactful technology solutions?

I believe technology creates meaningful impact only when it is designed with people at the center. Human-centered design is a core principle at KudilTech because innovation must align with how individuals think, communicate, and work.

Our Digital Workers are designed to function like supportive teammates rather than complex tools. By emphasizing usability, empathy, and intuitive interactions, we ensure that technology enhances human capabilities and simplifies everyday processes.

My goal is to create solutions that people can adopt naturally, allowing them to benefit from innovation without experiencing unnecessary complexity or disruption.

What is your long-term vision for KudilTech, and how do you hope to contribute to the future of work in India?

My vision is to make Digital Workers as indispensable to businesses as computers are today. I believe every employee should have access to intelligent assistance that enhances productivity, creativity, and decision-making. While we currently serve customers across international markets, expanding our presence in India remains a key priority.

I hope to contribute to the country's innovation ecosystem by creating high-value technology opportunities and building globally competitive products. Through KudilTech, I aim to help shape the future of work by enabling organizations and individuals to achieve more through human-centric AI solutions.
