Tell Us About Arrow Management Services. What Was The Idea That Led To The Foundation Of Arrow Management Services?

Arrow Head Management Services (AHMS) is a multi-faceted company that offers a wide range of services. The AHMS design team is our core branch, and we provide design solutions such as curate paintings, sculptures, and decorative lighting, among other things.

Another section worth highlighting is our Project Management team, which provides BIM, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, and As Built Drawings among other technical solutions. When I first joined Whistling Woods, they asked me what my 5-year and 10-year goals were, and I wrote up a plan to become an entrepreneur.

Even though the strategy was sketched out, it was pushed to the back of my mind. My father is the one who put me in the driver's seat and told me to go for my dreams, and he would always be there to support me. Arrow Head is the culmination of many people's combined efforts, who were always there to help me.

Tell Us About Your Early Educational Journey And Prior Industry Experiences.

Throw some light on your crossfunctional and global expertise. After completing my A levels at Cambridge High School Abu Dhabi, I moved to India to pursue further education. Cambridge taught me that I have a natural talent for design and art, which inspired me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Animation at Manipal University in Bangalore.

Following my bachelor's degree, I worked in Bangalore for a short time before enrolling at Whistling Woods International in Mumbai for my MBA in Global Media & Entertainment. After earning my master's degree, I joined Marina Mall Abu Dhabi's marketing team, and I can honestly say that I had a terrific team with whom I learned a lot.

What Are Your Roles And Responsibilities As The Cofounder Of Arrow Management Services And How Come You Face The Challenges Related To It? What Has Been The Most Significant Milestone That Have You Achieved And What Is Your Guiding Philosophy?

As a small business owner, you must wear many hats, ranging from Business Development to Project Manager to Artist. I've personally worked on a few art pieces to guarantee the final product is exactly as I imagined it would be, and to ensure that the products are delivered safely by personally completing the deliveries.

"There is no shame in asking for help there are plenty of good people around the world, who can guide you in the right way, get mentors, join different networking groups meet new people and listen to their stories"

As the company grows, my hands get too full to reach every nook and cranny, but I have a great team that can do everything the business requires. From a pleased client testimonial in the form of a WhatsApp message to long-term clients that enjoy working with us, we have it all, it is our victory.

A brand contacted me once and asked if we might help them with some design services. It was a tiny job, but I decided to take it on since I was eager to work with them and their unusual concept piqued my interest. Every project is personal and appreciated, and when everyone says support small businesses, it's because of this same emotion.

Tell Us About Your Role In The WEP (Women Empowerment Principle) Signatory (An Initiative By UN Global Compact And UN Women). How Do You Keep Yourself Updated With The Periodic Evolutions In Your Field?

The fundamental purpose of UN Women's Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) is to ensure that the pay gap between men and women is narrowed and that more women are encouraged to enter the workforce. Hiring is only the beginning; equipping them with the tools they need to succeed and providing them with a safe atmosphere are also critical.

Seminars, events, and networking groups where new trends and forecasts are discussed cannot be overstated. Meeting diverse business owners also helps me figure out where there is a market need and whether or not my company can fill it.

As A Successful Business Leader What Advice You Would Like To Give To Young Girls And Women Who Are Aspiring To Be Future Business Leaders In This Field?

Don't get discouraged if your business doesn't take off right away; keep trying and being persistent. Also, there is no shame in seeking assistance; there are many excellent people all around the world who can guide you in the correct direction, provide mentorship, connect you with various networking organizations, meet new people and listen to their stories.
