Brought up in a well-educated and supportive extended family, my early education took place at St. Ignatius Convent, an experience that cultivated a strong sense of self-assurance within me. Holding a master's degree in Computer Science, I initially pursued a career as an educator. However, a significant shift occurred when I married P.M. Nixon, a Textiles B.Tech graduate. With his guidance and the steadfast support of our Uncle Jesuretnam, we ventured into the fabrics supply sector in 2004, progressively broadening our endeavors to include apparel exports starting from 2006 onwards.

Introduce us to JNS Fabrics & Exports. What drives this venture, and what are its primary areas of expertise?

Back in 2004, the inception of JNS Fabrics & Exports was a collaborative endeavor involving M. Jesuretnam, P.M. Nixon, and myself. Nixon's adeptness in engaging with global buyers swiftly became a cornerstone of our enterprise. At the core of our business lies an unwavering dedication to quality; our merchandise speaks volumes, obviating the need for third-party inspections. Our main emphasis revolves around ensuring prompt delivery of excellence, value, and top-notch service. Committed to adhering meticulously to both domestic and international standards, we conduct comprehensive quality assessments at every stage of production. Our pursuit of distinction is evidenced by our acquisition of GOTS certification and adherence to CPSIA standards.
