What are some important features about your expertise as a solopreneur?

Consistency with a passion for excellence were definitely the tail bone factors for me while deciding to embark on my entrepreneurial expedition. My drive towards my niche, encouraged me to deliver results which are imaginative & agile. Developing my sales, negotiation, client interaction and management skills have definitely been factors which have made immense contribution. Being a solopreneur, definitely did not come that easy. But, I had complete faith in myself as well as the skill set & knowledge which I have developed in the industry over the years. Eventually moving forward and becoming a factor of challenge for fellow competitors in the market. Over the years I have developed a success strategy which is bound to gain results for the aspirants. Thus, enabling job seekers to gain guaranteed results on a major level. Along with enabling a portal into the job world, I have always focused & prioritized women to be a part of my organization & have encouraged maximum female recruitment for majority positions. Helping them to become an independent individuals.

Take us through your early educational journey & prior industry experience that you bring to the table

For various personal reasons, I have struggled throughout my academic career. My father had a paralytic attack during my first year of college. While my mother struggled to provide for us financially, I was compelled to put my schooling on wait and take care of the family. Later, I was advised to enroll in a Professional course after graduating by a close friend from Bangalore, so I applied for an admission to Christ College to pursue a Master’s Degree in Human Resources. I pursued an Executive Educationwith Top-B school at IIM-Raipur after 15 years since I attained Master's Degree where I learnt about discrete leadership philosophies that I now use in my current position and the subtleties of the corporate world, thanks to this program.

What motivated you to venture out and establish Blueberry Resume Consulting? Tell us about the underlying idea & some of its most unique features.

Lack of job satisfaction led to a deep-seated dissatisfaction with my career in recruitment, served as my inspiration for founding Blueberry Resume Consulting. The goal was to deliver top-notch ATS, Visual, and Info-graphic Resumes, which are currently in high demand. Our firm's foundation and USP are Trust, Transparency, Affordability, & Successful Outcomes. We started offering resumes at low costs, but now our revenue & fee have grown by 500%. This achievement is the result of our outstanding performance. Many a times we have noticed that numerous students who want to start applying for jobs and want their resume to be professionally done cannot afford to pay the sum. We have accommodated these young individuals & will continue to do as in the future as our humble way of paying back to the community.

What are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey?

During my ongoing 1.5-year job with Odesk, one of my best accomplishments was the 92% success rate in screening resumes. 1st AllBest Human Resource PTE Ltd. additionally awarded me a trip to Singapore for accomplishing great results. The Ian Martin Group also gave me their Star Performer Award. I produced the highest profit margin, earning IRI's top performance designation. Most importantly, I started my own business without any financial or other support, battled hard against established rivals, & prevailed because we placed a high value on delivering great results.

Drawing from your experience as a business leader, what would your advice be to young women & girls who also aspire to become business leaders & entrepreneurs in the future?

As women we are taught to be kind, generous, patient, loving and nurturing, isn’t it? Which have become prime reasons why women are either shut off or are made to stay away from the concept of business? Cannot ignore the guilt which is tied to every decision we make for our own betterment. My Advice is, use them all! Form each and every these adjectives your strength:

1)Be kind to yourself when you fail and don’t lose hope no matter what “people” say.

 2) Be extremely generous towards gaining knowledge and expanding yourself your horizons.

3) Being patient is the key, don’t you dare stop working despite the adversities. Always remember consistency is the key and being consistent requires a lot of patience.

4) Do not forget to remind yourself you love & passion for what it is that you are doing.

 5) Finally when you make it, don’t forget to help other women by uplifting them, by nurturing them with right guidance,    confidence and courage to travel through the road less taken. Be an asset to the community of high-octane female entrepreneurs.
