Women in rural areas have a rich history of leadership and strength, but they have historically been marginalized due to poverty and social exclusion. These obstacles have stymied their capacity for self-improvement, economic growth, and leadership within their communities. For males, the transition from farming to other industries often results in better employment prospects than for women, who have fewer options in the industrial and service sectors. In rural areas, many wives and mothers choose to forego paid employment to care for their families. In light of these issues, S Vaishnavi founded Feminine Jobs to raise women's consciousness about the value of work and to assist them in finding fulfilling careers that make the most of their unique abilities.

S Vaishnavi's goal is to provide a forum for women who go unrecognized for their talents and abilities so that they may make informed decisions about their professional futures. S Vaishnavi does more than only assist women in finding a job; she also strives to open doors for those in the LGBTQ+, transgender, physically challenged, acid attack survivors, and rape victims communities to find fulfilling careers. Below is an excerpt of S Vaishnavi’s exclusive interaction with Women Entrepreneur magazine.

What are some important features of your expertise as an entrepreneur?

After gaining some life experience, it is common for most individuals to blossom into successful business owners. In my case, however, it was a metaphor bestowed to me by the Lord Shri Shirdi Sai Baba my Guru, my Parent, my Sole Guide, which has served me well for the last six years, and by whose grace, I am able to taste success at constant. Accordingly, it was during the Corona period that the choice to become an Entrepreneur was made, fulfilling my childhood dream. To a greater or lesser extent, we all share a common lack of clarity on our next steps. However, I was able to put my prior job experience to good use, after a tonne of research, reading a good number of articles, and speaking to a considerable number of people for advice on how to handle worst-case scenarios. After much deliberation, I decided to go into business for myself, doing indoor staffing and coaching.

What motivated you to establish Feminine Jobs? Tell us about the underlying idea behind the firm and some of its most unique features.

There is a consensus that providing women with equal employment opportunities is standard practice in today's society. When seen in this manner, Feminine Jobs become something extraordinary. It seems to be aimed mostly toward women since I have seen several reports claiming that women are often underappreciated in pay and career advancement opportunities. And there is also a culture in which women living in rural areas are forbidden from working outside the house and are instead expected to focus on domestic duties. As much as it stings, the fact that women feel compelled to downplay their accomplishments is something the world would be better off without knowing about.

While men and women may have distinct abilities due to differences in their genetic characteristics, it is important to remember that both genders share the same humankind. However, the requisite abilities are the same. When allowed to put their talents to use, women may produce astounding results for their employers. Women, with God's guidance, are uniquely able to outperform males in the workplace through their patience and excellent hand-eye coordination, which helps to provide consistent results. This is the premise around which Feminine Jobs was founded, based on my research and first-hand experiences.

Can you recount one of the most challenging phases of your entrepreneurial journey? How did you successfully overcome the roadblock that you faced?

For close to a year and a half, difficulties and challenges had abounded. When I first began researching how to put my company into action, I had no representations, no documentation, and no idea what I was doing. To get a sense of how my senior colleagues' respective projects were progressing, I was compelled to confer with them. I'd also like it if we could use the same tools for both of our businesses at the same time; for instance, if they asked me to make a LinkedIn profile for them, I'd use the same tools for my own. It's as though I had organized things for them while also doing it myself. Therefore, I felt encouraged to continue developing my business, even during the most challenging times, which I could clearly sense to be the Lord’s doing. I also learned from the senior leaders and celebrities about the true definition of success and the importance of compassion, combined together I am a compassionate Leader today. To mention a few of their names will be Thierry Delaporte, Rasmus Hougaard, Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, Princess Diana, Ratan Tata, Guccio Gucci, and Soichiro Honda.

"While men and women may have distinct abilities due to differences in their genetic characteristics, it is important to remember that both genders share the same humankind"

From my personal point of view, my special inspiration and added strength to my success are my 3 beautiful pets namely Leo, Athena, and Hugo Boss.

Drawing from your experience as a business leader, what would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

Remember to always look at the challenge as an opportunity that helps to define your goal and recognize your identity. Don't put all your faith in your past experiences rather learn from them to rectify the same by having faith in yourself as well. Have a goal-minded attitude, no matter how crooked your history was. There may occur a lot of unexpected obstacles, to conquer your way. But don't simply accept them at face value; instead, think critically about the situation and try to figure out where you might go from here. You should follow a course that best demonstrates your unique blend of talent, skill, and ability, and you should never compromise your individuality for the sake of others, no matter how difficult life may seem. Together with all of this, keep your prayers to the Lord constant with whose grace you will stand under the limelight.
