Richa Soft Skills Trainer: On The Mission Of Perfecting Lives

An earthen pot coming to life on a pottery wheel is indeed a fascinating sight. As the wheel turns, it might appear as though the mound of mud is turning into a beautiful pot on its own accord. But it is the magic of the potter's cautious hands that guides the ductile mud to take the perfect shape. Similar to the potter are trainers and coaches. They strive to perfect lives with their long years of experience and imbue their knowledge to make people better individuals and professionals.
In fact, leadership trainers are the true torchbearers who go beyond the frontiers of mere classroom training. They address and resolve any obstacles for professional growth in a person's life and thus induce a transformation. Especially, corporate training is a series of processes that help people in creating & accomplishing goals, gaining clarity on their journey, taking action, bringing-in changes if needed, overcoming problems, and eventually, harnessing the best might of their faculty. Well, this is no easy feat for a trainer! It takes a great deal of expertise and experience to achieve these aspects along with profound insights on the goals & values. One such stalwart standing as a catalyst in people's lives is Richa Soft Skills Trainer. With full of aspirations & dreams, she started Invincible WOW to help people achieve their goals and empower them by providing them different tools and resources. She is inventively maneuvering to spread happiness and help people grow. Below are the excerpts of her valuable thoughts, experiences, and journey.
Give us a brief overview of Invincible WOW.
Through Invincible WOW, our motto is to help people reach their inner selves. We believe that every human being is born with the potential to achieve, but it is just the lack of confidence that limits them. It is crucial to understand what is one's strengths, likes, and dislikes and guide their life in the right way to meet that potential. At Invincible WOW, we are passionate about spreading happiness everywhere by conducting Workshops, Faculty Development Program, Conduct Development Program, and Employee Engagement training for Schools, Universities, and Corporate. We also organize educational events that elevate public speaking skills and multi-dimensional thinking in students through our Wow Series.
What are some important features of your expertise as a corporate trainer?
My major inclination is towards "employability skills". I love grooming students and preparing them for job placements. I'm fond of it because lakhs of students pass out every year, but not all are ready to meet the corporate skill demands. Communication is one such vital aspect but it's saddening to see a final year student stammering and not speaking up in interviews. With that said, right from resume preparation to presentation skills, we enhance every aspect of a student.
What is your primary belief to be a successful person and an entrepreneur? And how do you impart that success mantra in your team?
I believe that learning is the key to one's growth both professionally and personally. I have a double post graduate a certification in soft skills and I always look forward to learning more. Keeping your axe sharp is very important in surviving, sustaining and progressing. Speaking of the team, I ensure to conduct regular meetings with the members. We are all in the mode of learning from each other always. Moreover, we do arrange for Train the Trainer program so that I have the soft skills trainers ready and equipped to be on the platform.
I help my trainers with activities and ideas to serve the clients better so that they are happy. Besides, I make sure that my trainers are healthy and wealthy as well. We have a fitness trainer in the team and ensure that all of us follow a good diet and stay fit, in a way this also keeps me satisfied as a leader.
“I understand that life is not a bed of roses and everyday has a new challenge, but i have learned to take every stumbling block on my way as a constructive opportunity”
Were there any challenges you faced initially as a trainer, educator, and motivational speaker? If so, how did you overcome them?
Everything in this world is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. It is we who should decide on what we want to pursue.
I understand that life is not a bed of roses and every day has a new challenge, but I have learned to take every stumbling block on my way as a constructive opportunity. I did come across a few hurdles in terms of time and travel. However, with the guidance from my profound mentors, we have been overcoming the difficulties and managing the traveling time effectively. Not to forget the tough times of missing tasty home-cooked food. Sometimes, we used to just eat fruits and still enthusiastically proceed with our training sessions. There have been times of dark clouds, but a little ray of hope pushed us forward. Perhaps those steps were slow, but we moved on and on.
What is your guiding leadership philosophy?
One important thing is to be persistent in whatever we are doing. Also, if we keep doing the same thing for a long time, we cannot expect good results. Therefore, it is crucial to be persistent while revising the skills as per demand. Secondly, we should focus on a professional goal and flow in the same direction. Sometimes we wish to do many things in life, but we won't achieve anything because we are not too specific. The third philosophy is to continue dreaming; utilize every single opportunity on your way to achieving those dreams. Lastly, be empathetic, kind, and considerate to everyone around.
