Could you briefly walk us through your professional journey spanning two decades in the Indian IT sector? What were some pivotal moments that stood out during this extensive experience?

Over the past 20 years, my professional journey has been driven by the pursuit of what genuinely excites me. I've consistently sought the freedom to take charge, make decisions, stay agile, and leverage my creative intelligence to tackle diverse challenges. Commencing my career at Toyota Kirloskar, I soon realized my aspiration to be part of a startup that would provide ample opportunities to expand my learning curve.

Choosing to join a startup at an entry-level position, I progressed steadily within the organization, ultimately reaching the position of CEO. This trajectory reflects my commitment to seeking out environments that allow me to push my boundaries and contribute to the growth of dynamic ventures.

What prompted you to co-establish INSIGHTEK GLOBAL, and what unique approaches did you aspire to bring to the company and its offerings?

Before founding INSIGHTEK GLOBAL, I successfully bootstrapped and cultivated a company with a turnover of 100 crores, marking it as one of the most gratifying experiences in my corporate journey. Following that accomplishment, the inception of INSIGHTEK felt like a natural progression. Once you recognize the potential to create opportunities for a significant number of individuals globally, the drive to make a positive impact becomes irreversible.

With over two decades in the IT field, I've come to realize that there's always room to capture market share and influence change on a global scale. This is achievable by delivering a solution that distinguishes itself through execution methodology, the value it brings, competitive pricing, and exemplary client service.

Presently, I collaborate with prominent brands that traditionally aligned with well-established firms. They are drawn to the agility, flexibility, and quality of service that my company provides, in contrast to industry giants reluctant to accommodate the evolving needs of their clients.

In your perspective, what are some of the paramount difficulties you face in guiding INSIGHTEK GLOBAL? How do you navigate these obstacles?

One of the predominant challenges in today's business landscape is the recruitment and identification of suitable talent. Recognizing that a company's success hinges on its people, assembling the right team becomes a critical task. This is the primary challenge I grapple with. I focus on drawing individuals with positive attitudes and actively engage in mentoring and shaping them into future leaders without any hesitation.

Throw light on the most critical milestone INSIGHTEK GLOBAL has achieved under your guidance. What has been your success mantra?

INSIGHTEK GLOBAL, under my guidance, has achieved significant milestones, notably securing five international clients within its first two years for ODC/Application development in mobile, blockchain, and AI. Notably, the company competed successfully against top Systems Integrators who are market leaders, a distinction I consider an honor. Our ability to bring agility, precision, quality, and timely delivery has been instrumental in gaining the trust and preference of clients over larger SI giants.

My success mantra revolves around perseverance and a steadfast belief in my vision. Despite encountering failures, I remain committed and view challenges as valuable lessons that contribute to my growth. Learning from mistakes, facing difficulties head-on, and staying true to ethical principles are integral components of my approach. I emphasize the importance of maintaining focus on the long-term vision and unwavering commitment to achieving goals, discouraging any temptation to resort to shortcuts or unethical practices in business.

What, in your view, are the key elements contributing to Bangalore emerging as the hub for innovative and entrepreneurial endeavors, including your own?

Bangalore boasts a robust talent pool, renowned educational institutions generating skilled graduates. As a cosmopolitan city, it benefits from supportive government policies and is a hub for venture capitalists and angel investors who actively fund promising start-ups. The city's adaptability fosters collaboration among entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, providing a platform to share visions and resources.
