Carrying over a decade of professional experience, I started Entelenet Worldwide Express Pvt. Ltd. 3 years ago, to become a one-stop solution provider and solve the critical issue in the supply chain segment. My prior exposure has helped me understand various business aspects. It has been quite and rewarding and resourceful journey, I must say.

What Are The Various Roles & Responsibilities That You Currently Shoulder At Entelenet Worldwide Express? What Are Some Of The Most Challenging Aspects Of Your Role As The Managing Director? How Do You Overcome Them?

 I uphold 3 major responsibilities as a Founder & Director. Firstly, the end-to-end operations of the company. The second and obvious one is business development, strategy, and management. The last but most crucial task is managing and motivating the dextrous team of Entelenet. I think the third role is the most challenging as well. Encouraging the team and keeping them intact in this unorganized sector is not a cakewalk. There will be delays, disturbances, and several intangible problems that employees face. It’s crucial to make sure that the work happens without any trouble. Proudly, our attrition rate is too low, and people have been staying with us since our inception.

What Have Been The Most Significant Milestones That You Have Achieved So Far In Your Professional Journey?

 As a female leader, the major milestone that I'm happy to share is, when the entire world was worrying to step out of the home. We (our entire team) were able to delivered the highest numbers of Shipments with-in given time frame, at that time we delivered the shipments with the mindset do something for society or nation, not for business prospective! and when you did something for society /nation that was the biggest achievement in Your Life, because at the time we were not work for business, we served for the nation, salute to our entire team to stand with me at the  scary period. apart of this We were also involved in a UP-government project to deliver mobiles and tablets. And could ship across the UP region, without any hassle, amidst the pandemic.
