Introduce us to BIDLLC. What is the underlying idea behind the venture and its key areas of specialization?
At BIDLLC, we harness cutting-edge technology to offer tailored and interactive sales solutions for our clients. We provide a comprehensive range of services that bridge the physical and digital design worlds. These include architectural and engineering scale models, immersive 3D production, next-generation PropTech multimedia displays, and virtual and augmented reality for real estate.
Our interactive design and programming solutions support government authorities, developers, architects, and marketing teams in presenting projects with maximum clarity and engagement.
What are some key areas of expertise that set BIDLLC apart from other industry players in the 3D production space?
While we are widely recognized as a production house, we operate with the mindset and vision of a 3D design studio. Our in-house design and R&D teams continuously explore innovative methodologies, emerging technologies, and multimedia integrations to enhance traditional architectural craftsmanship.

As the CEO and design consultant at BIDLLC, what key roles and responsibilities do you shoulder?
My primary responsibilities revolve around steering the company’s strategic direction and ensuring organizational alignment. I lead business development efforts, conduct financial reviews, and oversee operational performance across departments.
Additionally, I play a central role in planning for future growth, optimizing internal structures, and developing strategies to position the company competitively in a rapidly evolving market.
What have been some of the most challenging moments in your professional journey?
Inheriting the company around 2009–2010 during the recession was a major challenge. With a background in architecture, strong instincts, and a deep passion for the field, I embraced the opportunity despite the uncertainty.
Being one of the few female professionals in a male-dominated industry presents unique dynamics, but also offers distinct visibility that helps me stand out.
How do you align yourself with the ever-evolving 3D design and production landscape? What are your current focus areas in terms of driving growth for BIDLLC?
Our strategic alignment with the evolving 3D industry is rooted in a forward-thinking approach that prioritizes research, experimentation, and operational efficiency. We continuously invest in R&D to assess new equipment, technologies, and techniques that enhance the quality and precision of our work.
One of our recent strategic initiatives includes transitioning to a tailor-made CRM system that unifies departments and enhances workflow transparency. This system supports streamlined processes, reduces human error, and allows our team to focus on high-value tasks.
By staying adaptive and technology-driven, we not only keep pace with the market but also increase the value we deliver to our clients.
Looking back at your journey, what have been the key professional milestones you’ve achieved? What makes these milestones special to you?
We’ve achieved several significant milestones, but two are particularly transformative.
First, we undertook a complete organizational overhaul, working with external consultants to conduct a strategic review of our operations, workforce, and capacity. This led to a full-scale restructuring that strengthened our internal processes, increased scalability, and empowered a more agile, high-performing team.
Second, we became the only model-making company in the world to achieve international acclaim by securing a Guinness World Record for the largest exhibition of architectural models globally.
The achievement involved assembling 377 models over a 2,886-square-meter space, executed in just six days with a workforce of more than 200 skilled technicians. This unprecedented feat reflects our innovation, coordination, and commitment to excellence.
As a successful business professional with over 15 years of experience, what has been your guiding leadership philosophy?
I see my business not as an enterprise, but as a living, evolving ecosystem built on trust, responsibility, and shared values. Influenced by leaders like Richard Branson, Elon Musk, and Jack Ma, I actively seek knowledge and apply it in practical, strategic ways to help the organization grow.
I am deeply committed to my team’s well-being and professional security. Their trust in my leadership is something I honor and strive to uphold.
