Take us through your early educational journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table.
I’m a registered medical practitioner, BAMS (BFUHS) AHD expertise in TTC yoga & lifestyle, and an Ex-Resident Doctor at many hospitals of repute. I am passionate about assisting people and making a difference in their life by providing them the best with the best of my knowledge. Moreover, healthcare is one of the most fulfilling and rewarding professions. When you are able to transform someone's life, you can feel that immense delight.
What are various aspects of natural fertility, infertility, and reproductive health that your clinic focuses on?
Dr. Shubhi's Fortitude Ayush Clinic specializes in natural fertility, infertility, and reproductive health. We are treating patients with pure herbs, unique patents formed with Herbs, Diet, Lifestyle, and Panchakarma. We are focused on a variety of gynaecological disorders – irregular menstruation cycle, cervical mucus, egg health, hormone balance, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, PCOS management, pregnancy health, stress & fertility, and reproductive health are among the issues we are addressing.
What are the various roles & responsibilities that you currently shoulder as a Gynaecologist? What are some of the most pressing challenges that you face and how do you successfully tackle them?
Aside from being the clinic's owner and consultant, I'm also a member of social groups such as NGO, where we provide free consultation and amenities to patients. Furthermore, I am a member of the Women Cell Public Against in Jaipur, where we assist many women in resolving issues such as family issues, discrimination, among others. . Being a working woman, a doctor, and a mother makes it difficult to manage everything because you are responsible for a lot of things, including your family, children, patients, and social work. Despite this, I still manage to enact everything. I've had a lot of moments in my life where I've felt like I can't handle it and managing the patient's needs, family's needs, as well as the staff's requirements, which can sometimes be very hectic. But then I remember why I joined this profession in the first place; it was always my desire and the ultimate objective in life. Then I achieved it since it was constantly running through my mind to obtain it, and with a strong desire, you'll surely achieve that goal at any cost. It's almost as though there is nothing in your life that is a problem; everything is a possibility.
What has been the impetus for your success as a healthcare provider?
My passion has always been the medical field, and I strive to do something related to it whenever possible. Formerly, I worked with MTI (MEDICO TRIP INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., wherein we were recognized as the best startup in 2019 by Medilinks India. It has always been my dedication and passion as well as constant mental planning that pushes me to attain my objectives. I always follow my heart; I enjoy doing things that make me happy, and this is what helps me achieve my goals.
Drawing from your experience as a successful professional, what would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?
My advice to young women and girls is to simply follow your dreams and achieve them. Give your all to yourself, to your heart, to your looks, and you will only be able to give to others. Maintain a healthy balance between your brain and your heart. Take opportunities and go for it; there is no shortcut. You have every power, every kind of power, just in you. Get up and look for it.
