In a recent interaction between The Women Entrepreneur India Magazine and Mrs. Archana Suresh Kute, MD at The Kute Group, the hardworking and Magnanimous Women leader shares with us insights into how she has been a backbone and a warrior taking The Kute Group forward.

Excerpts from an exclusive interaction with Archana Suresh Kute, Managing Director, The Kute Group:

1. Could you walk us through your FMCG journey? What prompted you to make this shift and wear the entrepreneur hat?

My journey was ticketed with confidence through my family's support. I was a firm believer that if a woman has the confidence and support of her family, they can move mountains. My Mr. Suresh Dnyanobarao Kute motivated me to join the business of The Kute Group. Then I excelled at it, "Success is not an accident but consistent efforts with passion," & proved to be an asset of the group not only for enshrining the company but also as a standing and living legend and as an inspiration for aspiring women who really want to grow and bring a distinguished change in their lives.

My creative vision in administration & leadership pushed the organization's performance boundary and upgraded the Tirumalla brand to reach new heights. I am very passionate about taking all flagships of companies to the next level.

2. Brief us about your roles & responsibilities at the Kute group, and how are you leveraging the best of your experience across your company's operations?

I efficiently strive towards the performance of The Kute Group businesses ranging from premium brand Tirumalla Edible Oils & Foods with an exclusive range of Edible Oils; DNR Autotech - Automobile Engineering and Services divisions located at Aurangabad, Jalna, and Pune;

I have a habit of working relentlessly for "The Kute Group," ensuring success in a real sense and global recognition of the group, which caters to products and services in diverse sectors across the nation through its 40+ companies. The Kute Group has created employment opportunities not only across the Beed district but at the PAN India level. The Kute Group is driven by the goal of accomplishing the company's mission to cater value and services to all humankind.

3. Share your insights into the need to have more women empowered. Are you engaged in any social corporate responsibilities wherein you are actively involved in women's empowerment? Let us know your thoughts.

I aesthetically believe that empowering women is empowering a nation. I believed womanhood must be cherished every day by everybody. I have the strongest faith in working women that a happy woman can make the family members happier and can spare positivity for her overall development and develop the nation.

I also lead "The Kute Group Foundation," conducting social welfare activities to improve the social, economic, and environmental standards in the society. This foundation specifically helps economically backward children bring them into the mainstream of society in education and support low-income families facing economic crises due to the pandemic's losses.

4. What are your future plans? Where do you see the company moving in the near future?

As the MD of The Kute Group, I strive to uplift people's standard of life by spreading worthiness. I am committed to serving the people of the nation with explicit quality in its product. The Kute Group enjoys the patronage of thousands & thousands of satisfied customers & steadily growing in its all form. I have not only nurtured but in a real sense generated a cultured atmosphere in The Kute Group to treat all its staff members as members of my own family It imbibes the trust amongst all family members of The Kute Group and thus every member from every corner of their heart contributes for the betterment of "The Kute Group Family" as it is their own family.
