Zoho's Radha Vembu Tops India's Self-Made Women Billionaires list 2024

Radha Vembu, the founder of Zoho, has topped India's 10 Self-Made women billionaires list for 2024 with a net worth of Rs 47, 500 crores. The report released by Hurun India Rich 2024 list named the richest self-made woman in India.

Radha Vembu co-founded Zoho Corporation in 1996. She works as the product manager for Zoho Mail, an email service. Radha Vembu's net worth is estimated by Forbes to be $2.1 billion. The 360 ONE Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2024 and 2023 lists her as the richest self-made woman in India for consecutive years. Radha is well-known in the tech sector and well-respected for her important contributions to corporate leadership and software development. Over the past three years, Zoho Corporation has been awarded 25 patents and provides online business software. To help organizations make the transition to work from home, Zoho introduced a remote work toolkit in 2020 called Zoho Remotely. Zoho's 375-acre property serves as its headquarters, which is located in Austin, Texas.

Radha was followed by Falguni Nayar of Nykaa with a net worth of Rs 32,200 crores. Other women leaders are Jayshree Ullal of Arista Network with Rs 32,100 crores, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw of Biocon with Rs 29,000 crores, Neha Narkhede & family of Confluent with Rs 4,900 crores, Juhi Chawla & family of Knight Riders Sports with Rs 4,600 crores, Indra K Nooyi of PepsiCo with Rs 3,900 crores, Neha Bansal of Lenskart with Rs 3,100 crores, Devita Rajkumar Saraf of VU Technologies of Rs 3 crores and Kavitha Subramanian of Upstox of Rs 2,700 crores.

Founder and Chief Researchers, Hurun India, Anas Rahman Junaid mentioned that the Indian wealth creation narrative is inspiring, with 65 per cent of wealth lists being self-made, up from 54 per cent five years ago, and 64 per cent of new entrants this year.
