Yeshasvini Ramaswamy joins Great Place to Work India as the new CEO

Yeshasvini Ramaswamy has joined Great Place to Work India as CEO, effective July 15, 2021, succeeding Prasenjit Bhattacharya, Co-founder and CEO of Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work, India will also acquire a strategic stake in Culturelytics.

Prasenjit will continue to be the majority owner and Director of Great Place to Work India, as well as serve on its Board of Directors, where he will oversee the company's corporate governance standards.

Excellent Place to Work India is a member of the Great Place to Work network, which is the global authority on assisting organisations in becoming great places to work for all. The Great Place to Work Certification is the gold standard for identifying and recognising great workplace cultures around the world.

Ramaswamy is an internationally recognised entrepreneur and business and culture thought leader.

Culturelytics is the latest of several companies she has successfully built, combining deep expertise in organisational development, data analytics, and strategic investment, as well as a passion for helping people and businesses succeed.

Great Place to Work's investment in Culturelytics is part of a collaboration that combines their deep experience certifying good workplace practises, partnering with organisations to build High-Trust, HighPerformanceTM workplace cultures, extensive client base, and global reach, with Culturelytics' pioneering analytics platform, to help CEOs use the latest science to build the workplaces of tomorrow.

Prasenjit will continue to serve Great Place to Work as Owner-Director, while also pursuing his social impact work with the Work with Dignity Foundation and the Great Manager Institute's work in developing people leaders at scale.

Yeshasvini Ramaswamy is regarded as one of India's most successful serial entrepreneurs.

She has overseen a number of projects for Fortune 100 companies.  She represented India in the Fortune Most Powerful Women program and received the Times Power Women Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Entrepreneurship. In addition, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

She is actively involved in community work by raising funds and serving on global advisory boards of high-impact NGOs in the fields of rural entrepreneurship, education, and health.
