XLRI, India's oldest business school, is redefining business standards with its Delhi-NCR campus. XLRI Delhi NCR has reached a historic 30.7 per cent enrollment of women in its Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) batch for 2024-26, demonstrating its commitment to promoting gender diversity and inclusion in business education with a rise of 25 per cent compared to the previous years.
The coming batch consists of a diverse mix of engineers (51.3 per cent) and non-engineers (48.7 per cent), aiming to enhance learning outcomes and enrich classroom discussions. The new batch of XLRI Delhi-NCR students, with over 40 per cent having professional experience exceeding one year, is preparing for real-world challenges. This dynamic exchange of ideas within the academic community reflects XLRI's commitment.
XLRI's inclusive admission policies, scholarship programs, mentorship initiatives, and awareness campaigns have attracted a diverse pool of candidates. The institution's commitment to academic excellence and diversity is reflected in its curriculum, faculty, and industry collaborations. The increase in female enrollment is a testament to the institution's initiatives to create a balanced and inclusive learning environment. The rise in non-engineering students also contributes to a more holistic approach to business education.
